What we store, and what we never do.
Last updated September 2026Brokbase is a workspace for real-estate brokers and agencies in the United Arab Emirates. A company connects the chats its brokers already use and gets an archive, property cards and a CRM built from them. This page says plainly what that involves.
What we store
- Messages from connected chats. Text, voice notes, documents and photos received in the WhatsApp groups and Telegram chats a company chooses to connect. Each message is kept with its source so a fact can always be traced back.
- What we derive from them. Transcripts of voice notes and property cards extracted from brochures and price lists, each fact linked to the page it came from.
- Contacts a broker imports. Names and phone numbers from a file or from the broker's own WhatsApp, only when the broker starts the import.
- Account records. The people in a company, their roles, and the phone number used to sign in.
What we never do
- We never message your clients on your behalf. Not from your WhatsApp, not from ours. Brokbase prepares; the broker writes.
- Companies never see each other. Every company's data sits behind its own wall in the database, enforced at the database level, not only in the application.
- We do not sell data and we do not use your messages to train models.
Where it lives
Data is stored on servers in the United Arab Emirates (Microsoft Azure, UAE North). To transcribe voice notes and read documents we send that content to AI providers, and only for that purpose; we do not use your messages to train models. Chat messages are never cached across companies; identical documents are the only thing reused.
How long
For as long as the company's account is active. A company owner can disconnect a chat or delete the company; an imported address-book snapshot is removed thirty days after the broker disconnects their WhatsApp.
Who can see what
Inside a company, what a person sees follows their role: owner, sales head, admin or broker. Brokbase staff access production data only to run and repair the service.
