An assistant that answers with the brochure attached

Feature · Ask in your own words

The broker asks the way a client asks: two bedrooms on the Palm, under ten million, handover in 2029. The assistant searches the company's own catalogue, returns matching cards, and hands back the developer's PDF ready to forward. On the phone the question can be a voice note.

What it can do

Parity with the workspace

Everything a broker can do in the workspace, the assistant can do too: the same records, the same permissions, the same confirmations. There are no hidden shortcuts in either direction, and the owner's role settings apply to both.

Voice, on the road

In the iPhone app a question can be dictated. The recording is transcribed, the intent is recognised, and the answer arrives as text with files attached. Nothing is sent to a client from a voice note without the broker confirming it.

Limits, on purpose

The assistant only knows what your company has received or entered. It does not browse portals, does not invent availability, and answers 'I do not have that' when the catalogue has no evidence. That is what makes its answers usable in front of a client.

Questions people ask

Which languages does the assistant understand?

The workspace and app are in English, Arabic, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese; questions can be asked in any of them.

Does the assistant message clients by itself?

No. It prepares; the broker confirms and sends.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot: payment is not open. There is no charge per message or document, and usage has a fair daily ceiling per company.
