How they work
Every figure is computed in your browser from the numbers you type; nothing is stored or sent. The fixed amounts are the rates published by the Dubai Land Department and its registration trustees as of September 2026, and each page lists them so you can check. The calculators are a public service of Brokbase; the workspace itself keeps a client's budget, the unit's payment plan and the documents, and the assistant prepares the same message from the card without retyping.
