For the agency that wants real numbers, not reports
Solution · TeamBrokers keep their own chats and their own clients; the agency wants to know what is actually happening. Brokbase records leads, calls and documents as they occur, so the owner sees conversion by broker and revenue by stage without asking anyone to fill in a report.
Roles and visibility
- Owner — sees everything, manages seats, decides between private and shared records.
- Admin / sales head — team dashboard, assignment of leads, the exchange, reports.
- Broker — own leads, clients, deals and chats; in shared mode also the team's catalogue and the exchange.
- Private records — a mode where each broker sees only their own records regardless of role; the owner still sees the whole picture.
The exchange
A broker with a lead they cannot serve offers it inside the agency; a colleague takes it with a confirmation and the history moves with the lead. Nothing leaves the company, and the owner sees who handed over what and when.
Onboarding a broker
Invite by email. The broker verifies their address, connects their WhatsApp with a QR code, chooses the groups, and their records start filling in.
What the owner sees
Leads by source and by broker, time to first reply, deals by stage and expected revenue, stuck deals, documents received this week. All of it computed from records the system wrote itself.
