WhatsApp CRM for real estate brokers

Feature · Capture from the chats you already use

In Dubai the deal starts in WhatsApp: a client writes while you are showing a villa, a developer drops a price list into a group, a voice note comes in at a red light. Brokbase connects those chats to your workspace and files everything as it arrives.

What gets captured

How the connection works

You scan a QR code once per WhatsApp account, choose which groups may be read, and nothing else is touched. Each company is isolated in its own space: a broker in another agency can never see your chats, and inside a company the owner decides whether brokers see only their own records or the whole team's.

Brokbase never writes to a client on its own. Every outgoing message, from an answer with a brochure to a reminder, waits for the broker to confirm it in the workspace or in the app.

Why this beats a spreadsheet or a generic CRM

Generic CRMs expect the broker to type. In a brokerage the information is already written, by the client, by the developer, by the colleague who forwarded the offer. Brokbase reads what is already there and turns it into records: the property card with the page it came from, the lead with the message it started with, the deal with the documents the client received.

The result is a workspace that is up to date without anybody filling in a form, and a manager who sees real activity instead of reports written on Friday afternoon.

Questions people ask

Does Brokbase send messages to my clients?

No. The assistant prepares answers and reminders, and the broker confirms each one before anything leaves the account.

Which chats are read?

Only the groups and chats you explicitly allow after connecting the account. You can pause or disconnect at any time from Settings.

Does it work with WhatsApp Business?

Yes. Connection is by QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works, and Business labels are read into the workspace.

Where is the data stored?

In the UAE (Azure UAE North, Dubai), one isolated space per company. See the privacy policy for retention.
