A real estate CRM that fills itself in
Product · The workspaceBrokbase is a workspace for real-estate brokers and agencies in the UAE. It connects the WhatsApp chats a company already uses, turns brochures into property cards, and keeps leads, clients and deals up to date from what actually happens, not from what somebody remembered to type.
The four books
- Leads: new, contacted, qualified, lost. A lead is a person who wrote or called and whose request is not yet clear. Take it, assign it, or hand it to a colleague through the exchange.
- Clients: name, phone, what they are looking for as a versioned request (budget, bedrooms, area), matches from the catalogue, activity log and reminders.
- Deals: showing, deposit, won, lost, with the documents the client received and the passport of the unit.
- Catalogue: property cards read from your own documents, with evidence on every value.
Every day starts with a list
The dashboard is a call queue: reminders due today, leads without a first reply, deals stuck at a stage, clients who went quiet. The same summary arrives every morning in the browser or the app, and the assistant can read it to you.
For the owner and the sales head
Conversion by broker, revenue by stage, time to first reply, the leads nobody took. Records are written by the system as things happen, so the numbers are real. A company can run in private mode, where each broker sees only their own records, or as a team with shared visibility and an internal exchange of leads.
Where it runs
Web workspace and an iPhone app with the same records and the same assistant; eight interface languages including Arabic with a mirrored layout; sign-in by email code, Google or Apple; data kept in the UAE with one isolated space per company.

Is Brokbase a CRM or an AI tool?

Yes, from a file or directly from WhatsApp, with the broker assigned in the import window.
Do I need the whole agency on board?
No. Solo covers one broker with every feature; Team adds seats, roles and the exchange when you need them.
